Homeward Communities is seeking a part-time Renovation Technician -Level 1 in the Grand Rapids MSA to assist with property renovation and maintenance projects. Key responsibilities include installing flooring, painting, landscaping, and performing basic repairs, with opportunities to support more advanced renovation work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to expand their skills while maintaining high-quality standards. Starting at $20/hour with flexible 20–30-hour weekly schedules, this role offers a chance to join a team dedicated to creating wonderful living spaces and driving excellence.
